SHIPPINGS & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

We strive to ship out all in-stock orders within one (1) business day.  The majority of  our 3D printed sets are not kept in  inventory, but are instead printed on demand.   So these items can take up to 15 business days to mail, depending on seasonal volume, supply shortages or other factors outside of our control.  Please know that each and every order is important and that every effort will be made to ship out sooner rather than later and to stay ahead of the demand curve.  If your order is comprised of both in and out-of-stock items, the order will be sent together once all items are in stock, unless otherwise agreed to.

All orders are shipped via USPS first class mail, unless indicated otherwise.

Shipping charges are non-refundable

Insurance is optional - please contact us if you would like to add extra insurance.  We are not responsible for missing or lost packages.

International USPS First Class shipments are welcome and are the standard way we ship to our customers around the globe.  These are not able to be tracked once they have left US customs.

Return & Exchange Policy

We are currently able to accept returns. However,

If an order is received damaged, unless the item was insured, we are unable to provide a refund. We strongly recommend adding insurance for large orders.

If you are unhappy for any reason with your order, please reach out to us and we will do our utmost to resolve to your satisfaction.
